We are a fitness company based in the heart of Astwood Bank. We offer group fitness classes, small group training and 1-1 Personal Training. We are extremely passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Whether your goal is fat loss, increase fitness or build confidence we are here to help.
We don’t want fitness to be a quick fix, we want this to be a lifestyle choice for everyone. We want training to be enjoyable and varied. We offer a non intimidating and friendly service so we can get the best out of you as an individual.
We have a huge variety of classes including circuits, legs, bums and tums, strength, boxercise, bootcamp and beginners fitness. We offer early morning, daytime and evening classes throughout the week. We have six membership options starting from £24 per month. We also offer pay as you go sessions for £6.
We offer 1-1 or small group training in our private studio in Astwood Bank. These sessions are tailored to the individual’s goals. We can also give nutritional advice in order for the individual to get the best out of their training.
